Partner Program Agreement

The Gather Partner Program ("Program") lets approved participants ("Partners") earn a reward for referring new, valid signups to Gather, operated by iSocialize / Transcend Technologies, Inc. ("we", "us").

By joining or sharing a referral link you agree to this Agreement, the Gather Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You must have a valid Gather account and provide accurate information. We may approve, decline, suspend or remove any Partner at our discretion.

The Program is void where prohibited and subject to applicable law in your jurisdiction.

You earn the per-signup reward shown in your dashboard (currently $1.00 USD per valid signup) for each new user who signs up through your referral link within the attribution window.

Reward amounts are set by us and may change prospectively; changes never reduce commissions already earned.

A commission is only valid for a genuine new user. Duplicate, fraudulent, bot, incentivized, or self-referred signups do not earn commissions and may be reversed.

When someone clicks your link we set a first-party cookie for the attribution window shown in your dashboard (currently 90 days). A signup within that window is credited to you.

Attribution is last-touch: if multiple Partners referred the same user, the most recent valid referral is credited. Self-referrals (signing up through your own link) never count.

Your balance accrues from approved commissions. Once it reaches the minimum payout threshold shown in your dashboard (currently $20 USD), it becomes eligible for payout.

Payouts are made on a monthly, Net-30 schedule: approved commissions for a given month are paid out approximately 30 days after that month ends (provided your balance has cleared the minimum and you have a valid payout method on file). Balances below the minimum roll over to the next period.

Add a valid PayPal email in the dashboard to receive payouts. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

You are solely responsible for all taxes on your earnings. We may require tax information (e.g. W-9 / W-8) before paying, and may withhold where required by law.

When you promote Gather you MUST clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with us (e.g. "#ad", "affiliate link", "I earn a reward when you sign up") in line with FTC Endorsement Guides and applicable advertising law.

You may not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Gather, its features, or earnings.

No spam, unsolicited bulk email/SMS, or messaging that violates CAN-SPAM, TCPA or similar laws.

No bidding on or impersonating the Gather, iSocialize or related trademarks in paid search, nor cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, typosquatting, or misleading redirects.

No fake, automated, or incentivized signups; no buying traffic that you know to be non-genuine.

No promotion via content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, deceptive, or that targets people under 13 (or the minimum age in your market).

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Gather name and the assets provided in your dashboard solely to promote the Program. Don't modify the logos or imply endorsement, partnership, or employment beyond participation in this Program.

You participate as an independent party, not an employee, agent, or joint-venturer of ours. You have no authority to bind us.

Either party may leave the Program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation and withhold or reverse commissions for any violation of this Agreement or suspected fraud.

We may update this Agreement; the current version always governs. Material changes apply prospectively. Continued participation means you accept the updated terms.

The Program is provided "as is" with no earnings guarantee. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under this Agreement is limited to commissions actually owed to you.
